Created as a nurturing space to make you feel comfortable, connected and as relaxed as possible, providing you with opportunity to disconnect from technology and tune into the natural rhythms within. Enjoy delicious food prepared from the kitchen teams very own cook book; with fresh local ingredients, you will enjoy long brunches and relaxed evening eastern feasts. Fill your days with ancient Ayurvedic therapies and uber relaxing spa treatments, relaxing in Ashiyanas gardens and natural pools. Be sure to make it to the beach to watch the sun set over the ocean.

A Typical day at Ashiyana

8 - 10 am - Morning Yoga with Natasha

10 - 11 am - Brunch

Free time to Swim in the freshwater pools, head to the beach, surf, spa, mooch in the local boutiques, enjoy a smoothie in a beach shack.

4 - 6.30 pm - Slow Down Yoga with Natasha

7 - 8.15 pm - Evening Meal

8.30 pm - Evening activities with local teachers such as Indian Kirtan, Sound bath, Osho meditation, Chanting, Yoga Nidra.
