Allowing time for all of the new years resolution noise to die down.
This morning yoga brunch explores the idea of living with intention in 2025. Finding our own personal Mantra to bring us towards the goals most important to us . Weather it is healthy eating, bringing more movement or the need to feel more calm in your life. It starts with Svadhyaya (self study) One of patanjalis eight limbs of yoga that direct and guide us to look into ourselves. Here we find our purpose and what lights up our soul and what dampens our enthusiasm. Only when we are content and happy do we implement lifestyle changes that truly stick for life. The morning will involve movement, breathwork to stir your energy, guidance from angle cards and self study journalling to find the intentions that best serve us to move towards our goals.
