Held in the beautiful oasis of Buckland Park Lake this full morning retreat will give you time to connect and surround yourself with the rhythm of nature. Moving from the yin energy of winter to the yang energy of spring. Harness natures inspiring phase of waking up and make space for new beginnings. A time to nourish seeds of intention and replenish our physical, mental and emotional bodies.

Into the woods for a fireside meditation session learning ancient sanskrit mantra
An extended morning of Natures Bliss.

All activities will take place rain or shine so wrap up and bring your waterproofs and boots for the walk and woodland part of our day. Yoga will be inside.
